1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using the services of Center for Cultural Resilience and Leadership FZCO, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

We provide leadership coaching, team development programmes, and keynote speaking services for leaders working in complex and multicultural contexts.

Our services may include:

• 1-on-1 coaching sessions, 60 to 90 minutes, typically over three to six months
• Team programmes, half-day workshops or a structured programme over several weeks
• Keynotes, typically 45 to 60 minutes, with an optional Q&A

3. Booking and Fees

3.1 Discovery call
We offer a complimentary discovery call to clarify your needs and confirm whether our services are a suitable fit.

3.2 Written agreement
Before services begin, scope, timelines, fees, and payment terms will be agreed in writing.

3.3 Currency and taxes
Fees are quoted in USD or AED, as agreed in writing. Fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable. If VAT applies, it will be shown on the invoice.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation

4.1 Client rescheduling
To reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be charged at the full session rate.

4.2 Programmes
Cancellation terms for multi-session programmes will be defined in the service agreement.

4.3 Our rescheduling
If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative date and time.

5. Confidentiality

We treat information shared in coaching sessions and programmes as confidential. We disclose information only with your explicit consent or where required by applicable law.

6. Professional Boundaries

Our services are coaching and leadership development. They are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or clinical services. If you require clinical support, we recommend seeking help from appropriately licensed professionals.

7. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, methods, materials, and content provided remain our intellectual property. You may use them for personal and professional development. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We deliver our services with professional care. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances and engagement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the relevant DMCC regulations for DMCC licensed entities.

If a dispute arises, the parties will first seek to resolve it in good faith through written communication. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to mediation through the DMCC Disputes Centre. If still unresolved, the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted on our website.
